Blue Square Premier side Barrow are likely to hand starts to the fringe members of the squad ahead of Tuesday's Lancashire Trophy trip to Southport.The Bluebirds are in FA Trophy action against Gateshead on Saturday and with a backlog of postponed league fixtures, key players are likely to be rested.
Among the players tipped to feature are defender Paul Jones, midfielder Mark Boyd and goalkeeper Stuart Tomlinson.
Lancaster await the winners in the semi-finals on 26 February.
